Who is Matt Navarre?
Matt Navarre has 30+ years in FileMaker across manufacturing,
non-profit, public health, finance, and more. He founded and sold two
FileMaker businesses and built ORPHEUS, the FileMaker-based system
Oregon's Public Health Division uses to track communicable disease
statewide. For the last two-plus years he has been building real,
production AI patterns inside live FileMaker systems, and he co-hosts
the ClarisTalk AI podcast with Cris Ippolite.
Ways to work together
-
AI Guide (1:1): we work together in your own
database, start with the easy wins, and ship something useful by the
end of every call. Hourly, no prepaid packages.
-
Dev staff training (small group): get a whole
FileMaker team fluent in AI integration — patterns, gotchas, and the
why behind each call.
-
AI project work (any flavor): if it's an
interesting AI build, FileMaker or not, Matt's in.
All hourly. The first 30-minute call is free.

Products
- Pythia (reports, in beta now): ask anything, get any
format. AI writes the query but never the numbers, so the math is
exact every time. Save any custom report for one-click re-runs.
One-line installer; runs in your own cloud account.
- Mitos (search): Ariadne's thread through your database.
One field finds the right record in any table, through misspellings
and vague queries, and it learns each user's context.
- Clio (logs): inviolate, append-only, tamper-evident
logging that lives outside FileMaker, for any number of systems,
with AI pattern-seeking and warnings on top.
Free weekly classes
Live on Zoom, usually Thursdays at 8am Pacific / 11am Eastern: about
60 minutes of interactive class with generous Q&A, followed by a
30-minute open discussion on any FileMaker AI topic. Free to
register. The current schedule and signup links are at
navarre.ai.
